JaldiGO arranges door-to-door rides between a pickup and a destination in Kharian and the surrounding area, by bike, ChingChi, car and family van. The vehicle types on offer at any time are the ones shown in the app. We connect you with a driver. The ride itself is carried out by that driver.

Each vehicle type has its own fare, calculated from the road distance between your pickup and your destination and rounded. The fare is shown to you before you book and to your driver before they accept, and the price you see is the price you pay: it does not change during the ride. If no driver of the type you chose is free, the app may offer you another type at that type's own fare, shown before you choose it. Nothing changes unless you tap it. There is no bidding, no surge pricing and no negotiation.

Payment is handed directly to your driver at the end of the ride. JaldiGO never handles your fare. We take a commission from the driver separately; it is not added to what you pay.

You can cancel at no charge at any point before your driver reaches you. Repeatedly cancelling after a driver has set out may mean we stop accepting requests from your number.

Drivers are independent: they provide their own vehicles and choose their own hours. Before a driver can accept a first ride, we check their CNIC, driving licence, vehicle registration and photographs of the vehicle by hand, and a driver is offered rides only for the vehicle type we approved. A driver who cancels a ride after it has started is charged our commission on that ride, which we then review. We do not currently provide driver or passenger insurance, and we say so plainly rather than leaving you to assume cover that does not exist.

Please do not use the service to carry anything illegal, and do not book for more people than the vehicle type seats. On a bike, wear the helmet your driver provides; in a car or van, wear a seatbelt where one is fitted. A driver may decline or end a ride if they believe it is unsafe to continue.

We keep your phone number and the areas you travel between so we can run the service and contact you about a ride. What we collect and why is set out on the privacy page. Ask us and we will delete your details.

These terms may change as the service grows; the current version is always the one on this page, and it was last updated on 26 September 2026. They are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and JaldiGO operates as a licensed ride-hailing service in Gujrat district.
